Statik Build ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"), provided by HEZ Global, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App handles and how. By using Statik Build you agree to this policy.
Statik Build is an engineering toolkit. Your calculations, saved projects, your name, and your settings are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to us. We do not operate accounts and we cannot see your data. The only information that leaves your device is (a) subscription transactions processed by Apple, and (b) limited advertising-measurement data described in Section 4, which you can decline.

Statik Build offers auto-renewable subscriptions sold through Apple's App Store. All payments are processed by Apple. We never receive or store your card number or payment details. We receive from Apple only anonymous transaction and entitlement information needed to unlock paid features.

To understand which advertising campaigns bring people to Statik Build, the App uses the TikTok Business SDK to measure app installs and subscription events. When enabled, and only if you allow tracking, this may collect:
This information is used to attribute and measure the performance of our TikTok ad campaigns. It is shared with TikTok, which processes it under its own privacy policy: https://www.tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy
We also use Apple's SKAdNetwork, a privacy-preserving attribution system that does not rely on your advertising identifier.
Important:
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use this data to build a personal profile that identifies you by name.
On first launch we ask, through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, whether you allow tracking. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track," the App does not access your advertising identifier for tracking, and the App remains fully functional.
You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or limit ad tracking system-wide there.
We do not collect:
Statik Build is a professional tool rated 4+ and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).
Because your content is stored on your device, you control it and can delete it by removing the App. Advertising-measurement data handled by TikTok and Apple is retained according to their respective policies.
All network communication uses industry-standard encryption (HTTPS).
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, and to opt out of certain data sharing. Because we do not maintain accounts or receive your on-device content, most data is under your direct control on the device and via the tracking choices above. The App is operated from [your country]. Advertising-measurement partners (Apple, TikTok) may process data in other countries under their own safeguards.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, within the App.
